Sure, I love driving around and scouting out new locations, but I can’t take any credit for these awesome finds. I’m sure they are known to people who shoot downtown more, but as someone who shoots in homes a lot or looks for fields I was totally digging this area. My gorgeous client is responsible for showing me these great spots. I can not wait to meet the stylish little lady who should make her appearance around Christmas.

I love doing maternity sessions for several reasons.  First, I get to meet and see the mama before the baby comes.  Second, once the baby comes, we’ve already got a fun relaxed relationship going.  Third, I get to see how excited the parents are before that precious one arrives!  I love it.  I love meeting a soon-to-be mama and then getting to hold that newborn a few weeks later. There is something so beautiful in the journey for me as a photographer.

Tasha, this gorgeous mama-to-be, was extra sweet to me and laughed at my dumb jokes and was such a sweetheart.  Every couple is different, but this will be my 3rd daddy named Jason.  That’s a first for me!  He had the longest legs by far and put up with all the different ways I tried to pose him, bless his heart.
