Welcome!

My name is Breeanne Leonard.  I grew up in Texas and migrated to Colorado with my husband (who is an avid outdoorsman) in 2005.  In November 2007, we were blessed with the birth of our daughter.  I have enjoyed photography for years and just never had the push to learn until she was born.  I soaked up every ounce of information I could, found a mentor, and spent tons and tons of time learning and honing my skills. This is something I truly love and I enjoy providing a custom service for my clients. We now have a son, born exactly 2 years after my daughter.  Along with handling my own two newborns, I spent some time working in a NICU working on developmental positioning, soothing, and recognizing appropriate stress responses in infants as a Child Life Specialist.  I have also worked in church nurseries, daycare, and about any other type of childcare setting you can think of including being a nanny for a few years.  I had a lot of experience with newborns prior to photographing them which I believe is where my love and passion for newborn photography comes from.  With each newborn session, I love being a part of this very unique and fresh time in each family’s life.  Thanks for visiting the site!
